If you're not happy - we're not happy. 

I M Reppin has a 365-day (one question) guarantee return policy. 

Why one question and not a no questions 365-day return policy?  

The reason is we want all of our customers to be happy and to have a good experience when engaging with us or purchasing an item. 

We can only improve and get better if we know how we fall short on giving our customers the happy and satisfying experience they deserve.  

The more we learn from not being perfect, the more we can try to improve to make sure every customer has a great experience. 

We know that it's not possible to have perfection in business or life, but that doesn't mean we can't try to be the best we can and to give our customers the best they deserve. 

If for any reason you are not 100% delighted with your purchase from I M Reppin, please email us at contact@imreppin.com and let us know why you're not 100% completely satisfied. 

You then will have the option of speaking with us through email or on the phone and discussing with us how we can make you happy, or you can have us send you a pre-paid address label to ship the item back and receive a full refund and apology from us for falling short of your expectations.  

Our goal as a company will always be to make sure that our customers are 100% happy and satisfied with our service and product.
